World has announced MiniKit 2.0 on World Chain, introducing a stand-alone framework that allows developers to create applications once and send them online with World App with minor changes. Alongside the announcement of MiniKit 2.0, World has opened applications for World Build 3, its development program for teams building on World Chain and using World’s human proof infrastructure.
The company said that past participants have raised more than $15 million from venture capital firms and launched applications used by millions of verified users.
The new team will launch a four-day hackathon offering $20,000 in prizes. After that, the program will continue with a build week in Seoul, a three-month development phase, and a demo day in San Francisco. The world is also presenting MiniKit 2.0 at EthCC, which runs from March 30 to April 2.
